In the Spirit of our initial soft launch of Service Sentry Labs to gather feedback from our service members and veterans. Comming Soon we are introducing A.R.C.H.I.E.—an AI-powered assistant purpose-built to support veterans navigating the VA claims process. A.R.C.H.I.E. decodes complex medical documentation, assesses benefits eligibility, and crafts VA-aligned impact statements—tasks that once took hours or costly consultations, now handled with precision in minutes.
This will be an early access release, "BETA"meaning A.R.C.H.I.E. is still evolving with your help to better serve our service members and veterans. As part of our research preview, we’re learning from how veterans use the tool to improve its intelligence, accessibility, and advocacy over time.
A.R.C.H.I.E. can support a broad range of tasks that burden veterans during their claims journey—such as interpreting service-connected conditions, organizing records, and preparing documentation that aligns with VA language and legal standards. Its ability to read, extract, and translate clinical and administrative data mirrors the work of trained specialists, but with 24/7 availability and full user control.
To ensure responsible deployment and effective learning, access to A.R.C.H.I.E. starts with early users of Service Sentry’s veteran suite. As feedback and usage data come in, we plan to refine its workflows and expand availability across our full user base—including future integration into additional tools like:
